We are upfront and transparent about our charging structure and set out our fees online to ensure our clients’ are fully aware and can trust in us.
Our initial advice, implementation and ongoing charges are detailed on our fee menus. Fees will depend on the complexity of your situation, the amount charged reflects the time taken in producing and managing your financial wellbeing.
To ensure total transparency we want you to understand what you are paying for our service.

Now we can start creating your plan. We can develop simple, illustrative graphs showing you what the future may look like built on your spending, risk profiles, existing plans, investment preferences and objectives.
- “What if” scenario’s such as retiring earlier, extra expenditure, downsizing and gifting,
- Understanding of shortfalls and risks,
- Review of Existing Plans analysing cost, performance, risk and features,
- One Page Summary of all finances.
Our Moderate service includes the reviewing of 2 existing polices, such as Investment ISAs or Pensions. The Extensive service includes the reviewing of 4 policies. Additional policy reviews can be accommodated at a cost of £200 per policy.
SIMPLE
Our Simple Service is for clients who wish to start saving for the future e.g., for their first house, children or retirement.
This service includes the setting up of a new investment product such as an ISA, Junior ISA or Pension. You are likely to have no existing policies to review.
Fee: £1,500
MODERATE
Our Moderate Service is designed for clients who have already begun saving into pensions and ISAs.
You are efficiently building funds to support retirement or looking at ways to help cover future school or university fees or might be looking at how you can drawdown funds from existing pots to support your retirement lifestyle. You are more likely to have existing policies that need to be reviewed. We will use cashflow models as part of this service to help show where you are now and illustrate the affect of decisions you can make.
Fee: £3,000
EXTENSIVE
Our Extensive Service covers all items listed within our Moderate Service plus some additional items.
You have more complicated tax situations that cover pension annual and lifetime allowances. We will potentially consider further tax efficient investments outside of ISAs and Pensions.
You might also be looking towards inheritance liabilities and considering options to preserve or transfer money to future generations to ensure their financial wellbeing.
Fee: £4,500
Recommendation Meeting
In simple, clear English and using our knowledge of products, tax planning and investments we talk through recommendations that would meet your objectives. It is imperative that you understand what and why you are taking a course of action and the value that will bring to you and your family.
Ongoing Financial Planning
Key to making sure you are on your path to Financial Wellbeing is a continued review of your Financial plan. Any products we have arranged for you will only be kept under review as part of an agreed ongoing service for which you agree to pay. Throughout the year:

- Annual whole of market review of investment providers, platforms and products
- Phone and email support from professionally qualified adviser and administration team
- Secure access to your investments
- Investment news and insights via monthly newsletters and regular blogs
- Day-to-day administration of accounts
- Regular compliance checks
- FSCS compensation scheme levies, indemnity insurance and regulatory fees
- Storage and maintenance of records for minimum statutory periods
At your annual periodic review and dependent on your circumstances:
- Review of original goals, risk and preferences
- One page summary of finances Analysis of existing plans to ensure continued suitability
- Rebalancing or switching of investments in line with risk and asset allocation models
- Personal Suitability Letter
- Utilisation of ISA and Pension allowances based on tax position
- Updated cashflow models
- Tax efficient income drawdown calculations
- Calculations on carry forward, annual or lifetime pension allowances
- Updated IHT positions
- Liaising with accountants / solicitors
The amount of our annual charges may increase as the size of your fund grows.

As part of our ongoing service, we do not charge fees for future top ups of investments or pensions at your annual review.
ADHOC CHARGES
From time to time clients will request work that sits outside their annual periodic review. Below is a menu of charges for non-annual review related work:

For clients who wish to manage their own financial plans but want to retain the option of contacting an adviser at their own request we do offer a separate Transactional Service based on an hourly rate of £300.

Equivalent to 0.68% of your portfolio.
