We are an independent, staff-owned, financial planning firm set up by friends Stuart and Chris who originally met at University. Since our launch in 2015 we have successfully helped over 600 people work towards their financial dreams.
Resolve grew out of a desire to create a new kind of financial advice firm; to make advice inclusive and putting customers’ needs and values first.
We believe that we have a responsibility to support a sustainable future and a more inclusive world. We are committed to making a positive impact, and embrace modern technology to work not just faster, not just better, but more environmentally friendly.
Our aim is simple, yet incredibly effective: helping you to gain your financial wellbeing. We want to help you reconnect with your finances whilst providing the best possible customer service and making clients feel proud that they are making a difference.
We are here to demystify finances: no suits, no jargon, no corporate-speak, no hard sell, no hidden fees. As a client you should feel listened to, respected, understood and above all sleep well at night having the confidence that your money is in the right place.
Meet the team
The office is in Weybridge, however, our team is spread out across the South East of England. In addition to working together, we are friends, family (with the odd pet or two) sharing common values and goals.
Our aim is to help you to feel empowered, informed and confident about your financial future.
We are committed to providing a workplace culture that treats our staff in the same way we expect to treat our customers. Inclusive, compassionate and non-discriminatory.
We are a Living Wage employer and are committed to paying our employees a wage that meets the cost of living, not just the government minimum.
We are committed to our environment, supporting sustainability and combating climate change. We encourage staff and clients to push us to apply
We are committed to using our voice to speak out for causes related to our business, in line with our values. This includes educating school age children in financial literacy, treating customers fairly and using wealth for good.
We will not do anything in our tax affairs that runs contrary to either the letter or spirit of tax legislation in the UK.
Employees will be allowed 16 hours paid leave per year to undertake a volunteering activity of their choice.
We will never donate to a political party, politician or party-political campaign group.
